How to access the Customer Portal

The OSIsoft Customer Portal is where you can interact with support cases, manage who has access to support and the portal, download products and conduct integrated searches throughout OSIsoft's resources. 

If you see the following error, it is likely that your account has not been granted permission to access the portal from your site administrator. Please follow the steps in this guide with your site administrator to add the required permissions.
