On-demand, Online Courses 

These online courses are on-demand and self-paced so you can start as soon as you register, and if you need support then you can reach out to the OSIsoft community, https://pisquare.osisoft.com.

Where can I find which Online Courses are available?

We recommend viewing the learning paths (broken down by role such as User, Administrator, etc.) on the homepage of https://learning.osisoft.com. Alternatively, you can navigate to https://learning.osisoft.com > Select "All Content" > Select the "Online" filter under Content Type. You will see a list of all Online Courses and you can also filter by language for localized Online Courses.

How long do I have to complete the Online Course?

When you register for an Online Course you will have access to the course material, text lessons and videos in perpetuity; however, you will only have  30 days to access the Training Cloud Environment associated with the course.

What if I want a Training Cloud Environment (TCE) to use outside of the course?

You can purchase a standalone Training Cloud Environment subscription for 30 days, or for a year of access. Either click the links below or Navigate to "All Content" and select the Training Cloud Environment option that suits your needs.

Where can I get help if I have any questions?

All help, support and answers to your Online Course questions is done via the OSIsoft community, https://pisquare.osisoft.com. Each course has a dedicated discussion board to get answers to your questions and find all the support you need.

Where can I complete the exercises included in the Online Course?

The Online Courses are designed so you can work on your own PI System. However, every Online Course includes a Training Cloud Environment for those that do not have access to a PI System.

Will I get a certificate of completion at the end of the course?

Yes, all our Online Courses provide a certificate of completion to those that complete all the course material.

What if I have to cancel my course?

Once your register for the course, you will have 24 hours to cancel your course and request a refund. There are no refunds after 24 hours.

Can I reschedule my course?

These courses are on-demand, so you can start whenever. Just be aware that you only have 30 days to access your course-specific Training Cloud Environment, and this cannot be rescheduled. Remember that you do have 24 hours to cancel the course and request a refund for any reason.

Does my Online Course have a facilitator?

Online Courses no longer have live facilitators, instead you can get all help, support and answers to your question on the OSIsoft community, https://pisquare.osisoft.com.

Do I need to submit a final project or any assignments for review?

Online Courses no longer require the submission of a final project or any other assignments. All work is done and graded on the OSIsoft learning website.
